We'd like to share with you the steps we're taking to ensure we protect our staff, our customers, and your shopping experience, while sticking to the guidelines provided by the World Health Organisation and relevant Federal Governments.


Retail premise is open for business. Please continue to check in via the MyGov NSW Safe Check-in app and to wear a mask upon entry, giving an appropriate 1.5m between customers.


All residential construction & maintenance will continue, including cleaning services, and repair work on residential premises. This will remain a non-contact service to ensure the health and safety of all involved. This includes pool and spa servicing.


We will also be offering Click & Collect and Delivery within a 6km radius during this time. If you are in self-isolation, please advise us accordingly. Free delivery for orders over $40.00 for all products, parts and chemicals. Again, we will implement a non-contact service and pre-payments will be required over the phone. See below map of our delivery area.

Given the updates we're receiving everyday these plans are likely to change, but what won't change is our commitment to our staff and customers.
